About TechLine Toolkit
A TechLine Manufacturing Company. Gulf Coast manufacturer of instrumentation and electrical supports since 1982.
Product Authority
TechLineToolkit.com — the technical reference for TechLine's instrument installation systems.
TechLineToolkit.com is the product authority site for TechLine Manufacturing's instrument installation hardware — Snap Track cable tray, instrument stands, condensate chambers, modular racks, distribution manifolds, and the complete range of support hardware that goes into an instrument loop installation in a process plant.
The site is built for instrument and electrical engineers at EPC firms and operating companies who are specifying these products for process plant projects. Its purpose is to be the most technically complete, most practically useful reference for instrument installation hardware available online — with published load data, cost comparison studies, NEC compliance documentation, and interactive specification tools that let engineers self-specify without a phone call.

TechLine Manufacturing is a domestic manufacturer — not a distributor, fabricator-of-record, or reseller. Every product listed on TechLineToolkit.com is manufactured at TechLine's own facilities under its own quality program. Engineers specify TechLine products by name because the manufacturing source, material traceability, and test documentation are controlled by a single entity.
The Company
Manufactured on the Gulf Coast. Specified worldwide.
TechLine Manufacturing is a domestic manufacturer of instrumentation and electrical supports headquartered in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Established in 1982, TechLine has supplied instrument installation hardware to process plant projects in LNG, oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing sectors across the US Gulf Coast and internationally.
TechLine operates two facilities:
Corporate Office & Manufacturing
30516 Sgt. E.I. Boots Thomas Drive
Spanish Fort, Alabama 36527
Regional Service Center
1814 Hwy 146 S, Suite 400
La Porte, Texas 77571
The La Porte regional service center supports Gulf Coast refinery and petrochemical projects directly, located adjacent to the Houston Ship Channel at the center of the largest concentration of refinery and petrochemical capacity in North America.
Manufacturing
Manufactured, not assembled. Not a distributor.
TechLine manufactures the products it sells. Snap Track cable tray is extruded and fabricated at the Spanish Fort facility. Condensate chambers are welded, assembled, and hydrotested in-house under ASME-qualified welding procedures. Instrument stands, modular racks, fixed racks, and distribution manifolds are fabricated at the Spanish Fort facility to customer specifications.
This manufacturing capability matters to engineers and EPC contractors for two reasons. First, TechLine controls the quality of its products from raw material to finished goods — there is no third-party manufacturer whose quality program TechLine is dependent on. Second, TechLine can fabricate custom products — non-standard condensate chamber configurations, custom rack structures, specialty fittings — that distributors and resellers cannot.
Snap Track was developed by TechLine in response to direct feedback from contractors and EPC engineers who needed a faster, lower-cost alternative to conduit and bolted channel tray for instrument cable routing in process plants. It is a patented product, manufactured exclusively by TechLine, with a complete engineering and application support team behind it.
Credentials
The credentials behind the specification.
ASME Pressure Vessel Certification
TechLine condensate chambers and seal pots are manufactured under ASME Section IX welding procedures with qualified welders for each alloy. Hydrotesting per ASME Section VIII Division 1, UG-99. Pressure test certificates provided with every vessel.
UL Classification — Snap Track
Snap Track cable tray carries UL and cUL classification marks as a ventilated channel cable tray system under NEC Article 392. Each section is marked at 1-meter intervals to assist cable length determination.
ABS Product Design Assessment — Snap Track
Snap Track has received a Product Design Assessment (PDA) from the American Bureau of Shipping, qualifying it for marine and offshore applications. This certification is directly applicable to coastal LNG facilities, offshore platforms, and marine installations.
NEMA Membership
TechLine Manufacturing is a member of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
Standards compliance: NEMA BI-50015-2024, IEC 61537, NEC Article 392, ASME Section VIII and IX.
Support
On-site support is part of the product.
TechLine's application engineers provide on-site Snap Track installation training with every project purchase. The training covers the push-pin assembly system, support installation, fitting installation, and electrical continuity bonding. A full installation crew can be brought to full installation speed in under an hour.
If questions arise after training — on any project, at any point in the installation — TechLine's application engineers return to the job site as many times as needed until the installation is complete. This commitment is part of the Snap Track purchase, not an optional service.
For condensate chambers, distribution manifolds, and other fabricated products, TechLine's engineering team is available to assist with material selection, configuration, and code compliance questions. Early engagement on projects with complex requirements — high-temperature steam service, cryogenic applications, specialty material specifications — allows TechLine to plan the manufacturing and documentation lead time that these products require.
