APPLICATION
The hardware that holds the instrument loop together.
Tubing clamps and fasteners are the final element in the instrument installation system. Every impulse tube needs to be clamped to its support structure at the correct spacing. Every tray connection, every stand bolt, every support hanger needs the right fastener in the right material for the environment.
TechLine stocks a comprehensive range of tubing clamps and fasteners specifically sized for instrument tubing and process plant installation environments. All standard tubing clamps are manufactured in 316 stainless steel — the correct specification for process plant corrosive atmospheres — and are available in the tube OD sizes used in instrument loop installations: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1".
Fasteners are available in zinc plated mild steel for standard indoor applications and 316 stainless steel for corrosive environments. All fasteners are sold in bags of 100 pieces.
YOKE CLAMPS
Yoke Clamps
Yoke clamps secure two to four tubes to a perforated angle or channel tray surface with a single fastener through the tray hole. The yoke profile spans multiple tubes and clamps them simultaneously, reducing the number of fastener penetrations required for multi-tube runs. All yoke clamps in 316SS. 100 clamps per bag.
SINGLE TUBE CLAMPS
Single Tube Clamps
Single tube clamps secure one tube to a support surface. The standard configuration for individual impulse tube runs or where tubes need to be individually secured rather than grouped. All single clamps in 316SS. 50 clamps per bag.

DUPLEX CLAMPS
Duplex Clamps
Duplex clamps secure two tubes of the same OD side by side on a common support. Used where pairs of tubes run in parallel — common in differential pressure transmitter impulse line installations with high-side and low-side tubes running together. All duplex clamps in 316SS. 50 clamps per bag.
