APPLICATION
Instrument air distribution from one header, not dozens of individual connections.
A distribution manifold supplies instrument air or instrument gas to multiple instruments from a single supply connection. Rather than running individual air supply lines from the main header to each instrument — multiplying the number of connections, the number of potential leak points, and the complexity of the installation — the manifold distributes from one inlet to multiple individual outlets, with isolation at each outlet for independent maintenance.
TechLine distribution manifolds are custom fabricated to customer specifications. The body length is determined by the number of outlets and the tap spacing — standard 5" center-to-center, custom spacing available per specification. Connections are available in threaded, socket weld, or flanged configurations. Optional stainless steel ball valves on each outlet allow individual instrument isolation without system shutdown.
