TechLine FixedRack is the solution when ModRack's off-the-shelf flexibility isn't enough — when the installation requires a fully-welded, custom-engineered structure built to specific engineering drawings, designed for a permanent installation with defined equipment loads and exact dimensional requirements.
Process plant projects with large-scale permanent equipment installations — analyzer houses, major electrical panel installations, remote I/O cabinet groups, large junction box assemblies — typically specify FixedRack because the equipment layout is known, the loads are defined, and the structure needs to meet a specific engineering specification that can be reviewed, approved, and documented in the project record.
FixedRack ships fully assembled. It arrives at the job site ready to bolt down and mount equipment — no field fabrication of the support structure, no field welding, no dimensional corrections. On projects with tight construction schedules, the elimination of field structure fabrication is a real schedule benefit.
